Google's agency relations team head, Torrence Boone, has introduced a new playbook, "Agile Creativity," one of the company's newest efforts to forge deeper relations with adland.
The playbook is a mix of best practices, explanations of how Google works with agencies and also recommendations of ways agencies can revamp the structure of their account and creative teams to promote creativity. The video above, an introduction to the program, which is being pitched to shops in a road show, features agency folks like AKQA's Rei Inamoto, Deeplocal's Nathan Martin and Arnold's Matt Howell.
