Today sees the launch of Google Glass in the UK -- and to promote it, the company's latest spot takes us on a whirlwind tour of London, via Glass. From the hip (Brixton Market) to the seedy (kebab shops and tattoo parlours), this spot captures the zeitgeist of the UK's capital city seductively while demonstrating some of the Glass features London-dwellers might use -- like ordering an Indian takeaway, capturing the data from their morning run or translating menus. The protogype Google Glass is available in the UK for a cost of one thousand pounds. Google has launched a dedicated UK website for those interested in trying out the technology.
