As Ireland Votes on Same-Sex Marriage, Hailo Pranks Cab Customers with a 'Heterophobic' Driver

Editor's Pick

Tomorrow (May 22) sees Irish citizens go to the polls to vote in a referendum on same-sex marriage. In support of the yes vote, cab hailing app Hailo pranked customers in Dublin taxis with a "heterophobic" driver who sounds off on all the evils of straight relationships. The stunt, by local agency Guns or Knives, promotes Hailo's offer of a free ride to the voting booth on the day of the referendum. We're told the (fantastic) driver is a real Dublin cabbie.
