Editor's Pick

Music lovers can send a text message with an orchestral emoticon with an app created by the Hamburg Philharmoniker orchestra. The Acousticons app, created by Draftfcb Hamburg and digital agency AKRYL, lets texters add personalised notes, with names like "Amabile" or "Scherzando", represnting a wide range of emotions. Each emoticon (created in collaboration with Optix Digital Pictures) also has an acoustic sound. The app also contains the current season's program and a direct link to order tickets.
