Heineken and Publicis Milan turn the brand's search for a new intern into a fun marketing film with "The Internship," which highlights the rather unorthodox job-interviewing techniques that the applicant is put through -- from an over-familiar interviewer, to a surprise heart attack and a fire drill. The interviews were put to a public vote, and the winner was Guy Luchting, who got to, among other things, accompany the UEFA Champion's League trophy around the world.
