Honda and agency RPA join the effort to put an end to distracted driving, via this sweet spot featuring a very normal conversation (replete with emojis of course) between a young couple. As is hinted at, one of them is "on their way" to see the other... and is texting while driving. The end comes as swiftly and suddenly as one might expect, a sobering reminder that distracted driving can kill, and quickly.
The campaign has a social media element via #thumbsup, which is designed to resonate with younger drivers. The campaign will bring to life emojis and GIFs on Honda's social platforms to provide tips on how to stay focused while driving.
