Building on Honda's Power of Dreams tag, DT Digital and Boffswana got visitors at the Australian International Motor Show to smile, really hard, with the Honda Interactive Dream Wall. The installation uses facial recognition technology to recognize attendees' smiling faces to generate a colorful dreamscape across 24 plasma screens.

The software behind the exhibit uses Fraunhofer technology SHORE (Sophisticated Highspeed Object Recognition Engine) and six concealed cameras to detect passersby and their characteristics: gender, age and even emotions.

The system then uses that data to deliver different messages to visitors and let them create their own dream images by smiling.
