Why think of your workout in terms of minutes or miles when you can consider cream puffs? Forsman and Bodenfors' Ikea "Homemade is Best" campaign, which kicked off with a stunning photo-driven baking book that makes art out of ingredients, now includes an app designed to curb the repercussions from eating the books' baked goods. The agency has launched the Ikea Kondis (Swedish for fitness) app, "for people who want to bake and eat the biscuits without a guilty conscience," says F&B art director Staffan Lamm.

The app matches up the pastries and sweets in the book to various exercises. "Choose a cake you want to eat, then if you want to walk, jog or bike it away, then just get going," Lamm says. You can then share your workouts with others on the Ikea Kondis site, and the person who's worked off the most baked goods in a month will win a new Ikea kitchen.

The app (in Swedish) is available for free in the iTunes store.
