Not many brands have successfully managed to satirize Apple's marketing, although several have tried. Ikea Singapore did it in style back in 2014 with its Experience the Power of a BookBook ad. Now, the brand (and, we're guessing, agency BBH) has responded to Apple's latest raft of launches, including its Apple Pencil. On its Facebook page it posted a photo of one of Ikea's trademark tiny wooden pencils, the kind you use for noting down what aisle you have to go to get your bookshelves. The caption is "Absolutely familiar. Entirely Free."
