Instagram is marking Mental Health Awareness Month with a campaign that shows how people have turned to the platform to help find community support with their mental health issues.

The documentary-style #HereForYou video features three Instagram users with different stories about the their experiences. They are: Elyse Fox ( whose Sad Girls Club (@sadgirlsclubpbg) inspires millennials to have more conversations about mental health; Sacha Justine Cuddy (@thetremblingofaleaf), an 18-year-old Instagrammer using the platform to document and share her personal story as she recovers from anorexia and Luke Ambler (@ambler09), who founded Andy's Man Club (@ANDYSMANCLUBUK), a group focused on removing the stigma for men to talk about mental health, after his brother-in-law Andy committed suicide.

Instagram aims for the call to action from the film to inspire more people to share their mental health story on the platform and find their community of support.
