Israel Anti-Drugs Authority: Facebook Timeline

Splitting lives.

Published on Jan 05, 2012

Editor's Pick

Israel's Anti-Drugs Authority along with agency McCann Israel makes creative use of the Facebook Timeline's design, which splits your profile content evenly down the middle. A profile for "Adam Barak" compares pictures of the fictional character over the course of a year -- on one side, he is on drugs, on the other, he isn't. The pictures themselves are of a real copywriter at McCann, Daniel Barak.

Of course, Facebook Timeline isn't open to brands yet, but since this is still a real profile of a person -- albeit an imaginary one -- this may just slide past Facebook's policy police.
