Infomercial For World's First Home Cavity Excavator Gets YouTube Excited

Dutch insurance brand ixorg wanted to highlight the rising costs of dental insurance, which it hopes to offset with a new product. So it launched a viral campaign with a fake informercial purporting to advertise the world's first "do it at home" dental drill. The "Dentidrill" (which comes with Lidocaine and a tutorial included) looks scarily convincing in this video, by Grey Possible Amsterdam, which has been viewed over 175,000 times on YouTube. It could be the stuff of Halloween nightmares.
