Post Super Bowl, Jell-O took a different tack and celebrated the runners-up in this spot by CP+B, announcing that it would honor the San Francisco 49ers and its fans with free Jell-O pudding events at locations throughout the city. "Pudding drops" are happening at selected locations throughout the city.

It also added a web browser plug-in called "Baltimore Blocker" to its funthingsup campaign site. Once installed, it replaces any online text mentions of Baltimore or the game itself with "blah" and related images with that of a cute cat.
