J&R goes to extremes to promote its same day delivery service in New York City.

J&R Music and Computer World has gone out of its way to announce its same day delivery service in New York City. Working with Toy, New York, the company is sending out bike messengers bearing refrigerator-sized parcels and distributing menus that appear to be for Chinese takeout, but feature a selection of electronic goods instead of food. As an added bonus, the first citygoers to spot the bike messengers and tweet their pictures to @jrblog will win a $10 J&R gift card.
