Lacoste: Campanas (3)

Editor's Pick

BETC Euro RSCG commissioned Brazilian designers/brothers Fernando and Humberto Campana for a new Lacoste polo campaign. The brothers conceive photo-driven press advertising and a new Lacoste logo design for a limited edition shirt, which will be available in 12 countries at Lacoste boutiques in November.

The print ads and the new polo feature a cluster of crocodiles, meant to symbolize the behavior of Brazilian crocs from the Pantanal region, which are forced to congregate in close quarters during the area's dry season when riverbeds dry up. The idea originates from the brothers' own environmentally-minded aesthetic, apparent in fashions that make ample use of salvaged materials.
