The homepage features expandable thumbnails of glamour shots and quotes from high-profile spokescelebs like Scarlett Johansson and Beyonce. Visitors are offered a variety of new features, such as a customized "My L'Oreal" option to compile favorite products, videos and other content, a "beauty filter" function that streamlines search and offers video tutorials and articles on the L'Oreal catalog. Another notable feature is the "Can I Help You?" section, essentially a diagnostic tool that asks customers a series of video-guided questions developed by L'Oreal experts, then uses an algorithm to find the best cosmetic solutions for each individual.
