Hate Cold Turkey? Escape At McDonald's This Christmas Says UK Ad

Festive TV Spot Acknowledges "Lovers and Loathers" of Holiday

Editor's Pick
Had enough Christmas and just want to escape? Then come to McDonald's, says this UK festive ad by Leo Burnett London directed by Moxie Pictures' Neil Gorringe. Narrated in rhyme, it acknowledges that not everyone loves the festive season and some might even want to get away with a "normal" experience at McDonalds. The film shows people eating at a McDonald's restaurant while (fake) snow falls outside and reminds us that the fast food chain is open for everyone, both "lovers and loathers of this time of year". Whether they want to escape from too much TV, cold turkey or Christmas shopping, there's "a McDonald's for everyone", says the ad.
