It's been another busy year for the Dumb Ways to Die team of Metro Trains and McCann Melbourne, what with some hilarious, grisly Halloween videos and a bunch of super-successful sports-themed games. To round it off, here's a Christmas song -- a version of "Deck the Halls," but done in the inimitable "Dumb Ways to Die" style, with a video featuring its original characters.

It was recorded by Tangerine Kitty, the original campaign vocalist, with members of the Salvation Army choir. This YouTube teaser urges you to visit iTunes, where you can download the full version of the song, featuring lyrics urging people to avoid overloading faulty sockets and pulling Christmas crackers too fast. All proceeds from the download will go to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal.
