Isn't it just wonderful that women's beach volleyball is in the Olympics? If this Amazonian bikini fest didn't exist, some laddie beer marketing braintrust would have to invent it. Meanwhile, Mark Samuels, of Capistrano Beach, Calif., agency SDA ( www.sdacreative.com ) is riffing on it via sports equipment maker Mikasa. The longtime SDA client recently signed superstar V-girl Misty May (she doesn't even need to change her name to launch a porn career, how cool is that?) for an Olympics-themed campaign, but there's no sweat-scented sand in sight. "It would have been easy to show another action shot of Misty diving for the ball, throw a duotone on it and be done," says Samuels. "Misty is the greatest woman player in the world, on her way to the greatest sporting competition in the world
