This BSSP-produced cardboard insert, seen in The New Yorker, Men's Journal and some auto buff books, features perforated Mini trading cards done up complete with stats on the back—along with a curious attack on baseball card-quality (or lack thereof) gum. The elaborate concept originates, says AD Will Dean, with the client's desire to "feature all four models in one national print ad. And they wanted to somehow highlight all of the specs—MSRP, gas mileage, engine data, stuff like that."
