Launching in time for the start of the 2011 MLB season, the MLB Fan Cave is an 'immersive fan experience' according to its creators at Major League Baseball.

MLB has placed two fans, host Mike O'Hara and his 'wingman' Ryan Wagner (chosen from a pool of nearly 10,000 applicants) inside a room with 32 14-foot windows situated in New York's Greenwich Village. Inside, every move the two make can be viewed both from outside and online as they watch watch all 2,430 regular season games plus every Postseason game.

The pair will share their experiences through the website in a series of videos (produced by reality TV giant Endemol), plus via social media, blogs and appearances on MLB Network. The FanCave will also host regular visits from MLB players, baseball personalities and celebrities, plus parties, musical performances and other events throughout the season.
