The current obsession with Fitbit and other fitness wearables inspires a darkly comedic ad for Mount Pleasant Group, a Canadian cemetery group that wants you to plan your funeral.

The spot poses as an infomercial about the latest gadget -- Quitbit, a device that tells you how many days you have left on earth. Presented by a deadpan "technologist" in a lab coat, it's a clever parody of wearables advertising, and a funny, memorable way of presenting what could be a pretty gloomy subject matter. Toronto agency Union was responsible.
