Nature's Bounty Users Meet Their Future Selves in Ads With a Quirky Touch

This Is Droga5's First Work for the Health Supplement Brand

Health supplement brand Nature's Bounty has launched a new campaign, its first through Droga5, in which users of its products meet their "future selves."

The ads push the fairly straightforward message that your future self will thank you for taking the Nature's Bounty supplements. However, each spot takes off in a slightly quirky direction (as you might expect from Droga5), as we get a glimpse into the futures of the protagonists.

For example, in one spot, seen here, a man is confident that wherever he "gets stuck," his future self will thank him for taking Nature's Bounty probiotics to help with gas and bloating. However, those "getting stuck" situations don't just include the predictable elevator and bus, but also getting bizarrely trapped in an air vent.

Another ad has a woman at the gym getting flashes of herself on a treadmill in a few years' time -- she's glowing with health thanks to taking Nature's Bounty Fish Oil, but her future self has a warning about her love life. The two ads were directed by David Shafei of WW7. A third, directed by Isaiah Seret via Biscuit, features an office worker who's taking the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails supplement, but is still surprised to find herself looking like a model in a future scenario -- so what's the explanation?

The spots are running on TV and online over the next few months.
