Extreme live tests has worked for Volvo Trucks, so why not for Nexcare? Last year, the 3M bandage brand subjected a "Nana" to some live experiments to see whether or not her bandages do their job. The game grandmother got hosed with water and buried in dirt and even dived into a stinking dumpster, all to test out the product.

The films are housed on a dedicated Nana website, where this year, there's a new element: you can nominate what kind of test you want Nana to undergo next. People can enter a draw to win $2,500 by submitting an idea (as if the idea of seeing Nana subjected to your particular brand of indignity might not be enough). To whet our appetites, there are three new films, which see Nana prepare to swim with sharks, ride Motocross and, as seen here, take a dip in some algae.
