As the NFL brings its game to London this weekend for a matchup between the New York Giants and the Miami Dolphins passers-by may see one more man mountain--a 26-foot replica of Miami defensive end Jason Taylor. Launched by AMV BBDO and Not Actual Size, Big JT is being labeled as the largest automated human figure ever and he's currently wandering the dark streets of London. Weighing over a ton, the animatronic Big JT has an intimidating list of record breaking engineering stats.  The automaton has movable legs and arms and boasts a 2.5-meter stride and a top speed of 4-5 mph. In addition, all his threads are completely NFL authentic. A camera is affixed to big JT’s helmet and projects all in his view to a 40-foot LED screen. The robot was designed by the engineers at Artem, who have been involved in such projects as films Hot Fuzz, Reign of Fire and The Brothers Grimm and commercials for Sony Bravia. After JT’s tour of London, don’t miss the tailgate party before the game at the Wembley Stadium!
