How do you advertise the Hockey Hall of Fame, which every Canadian kid probably dreams of one day entering? Taxi Toronto and the Hockey Hall of Fame have decided to do so by destroying those dreams (and then stomping on them for good measure.)

These hilarious 30-second ads feature three wannabe-professional hockey players who saw their NHL dreams die, in a variety of ways, to illustrate just how special and rare it is when those dreams live on.

Filmed in an old-school, vignette style and directed by David Hicks at Sons and Daughters, its a comical way to honor the lucky few that persevered through, despite broken bones and a host of other obstacles.
