Nike and Spotify have teamed up to bring more music to the Nike+ Running experience. The recently-launched update to Nike+ Running lets the app users stream music directly from Spotify's 30-million-song catalog. It also introduces Nike-exclusive "Pace Stations." There, runners can plug in their goals and music preferences to create a 100-song playlist designed to help them step up their pace, based on a target BPM.

The update is currently available for IOS only and Spotify is offering a free seven-day premium trial to Nike+ users. Those who input their credit card info can get an extra 60 free days.
