Here's a tip: Turn down the volume on this Nissan film out of TBWA/Chiat/Day Los Angeles, and instead, enjoy the sight of Ryan Lochte showing office workers and car buyers how to stay fit during their sedentary work day.

The gorgeous Olympic gold medalist already helped the car brand pull a hottie bait-and-switch in a branded content effort late last year. Now, the "Nissan Innovator," as the agency describes him, teams up with performance coach David Jack, with a new office workout that demos the easiest deskside exercise regimen ever -- from Conference Call Calisthenics to Coffee Curls to Tone Triceps and Synergy Sit-Ups.

The brand also invites you to display your office fitness innovations (how about the old "swivel on your chair stretch"?) by submitting their ideas on the Facebook page for a chance to win a Kindle Fire and a trip to New York City to see their video produced.
