Approached by a group of Lebanese women who were advocating for women's rights in the country -- and had created a new organization for this, Leo Burnett Beirut brought attention to the issue of women not being equal to men in Lebanon. It asked women to "give up" their womanhood, both online and in real life. On social networks, women changed their genders and profile pictures. And on March 8, women became men, literally, dressing in male clothes and going out in public by the hundreds.
