Nokia and Burton: Nokia Push Burton

Introducing connected snowboarding.

Published on Sep 22, 2010

Editor's Pick

Nokia and Burton have teamed up to bring the phone brand's Push technologies to snowboarding. Last year, Nokia launched the Push Project to bring data and stats tracking to skateboarding, giving riders the ability to score their real life moves as they would in a video game. Now that's Nokia's teamed with Burton, Push will give snowboarders a chance to rate and rank their moves on the slopes.

The Push snowboarding beta is set to debut next year at Burton's Euro Open in January. Until then, developers will be posting their progress on the technology on the Nokia Push Burton blog and Youtube.
