Nokia joined forces with Wieden + Kennedy, London to introduce London to an interactive Christmas lights display.  With the help of a few friends (United Visual Artists, P2 Group, Piggott’s, alongside The Crown Estate and the Regent Street Association) Regent Street came alive with music composed by Daniel Pemberton and street performances. But the lights were the star of the show. Fourteen motion sensing LED light structures lined Regent Street shift color formations in response to crowd density, wind speed, weather and ambient light levels. Just when you thought that this campaign couldn’t get any more pleasant, the LEDs are completely recyclable and require only a fifth of the electricity needed to power standard light bulbs.
