Poignant Love Story Needs No Words to Promote Pride Month

NYC Pride and McGann Zhang Debut Quiet But Powerful Message

Published on Jun 02, 2015

Editor's Pick

Pride Month just launched, and with it NYC Pride has debuted this quietly powerful love story about two farm girls, from some time in the not-too-distant past. It shows the women in the throes of young love, running through the fields and relishing each second of their time together -- until one of their fathers steps into the picture.

The pictures and music are enough to convey the message -- that there are still many in the world who remain fearful of being their true selves.
