Operation Black Vote is urging people of color to vote in Britain's EU Referendum next week with a campaign that wittily recreates the infamous "Bullingdon Club" photo of Prime Minister David Cameron.

The original photo, often reproduced in the British media to denote how the U.K. is ruled by an elite, is of a group of privileged members of an Oxford drinking club in 1987, who include a young Cameron and a young Boris Johnson. The ad, by Saatchi & Saatchi London, recreates this photo but with black and ethnic minority people, with the caption "Deciding the future of Britain is everyone's birthright."

Simon Woolley, Director of Operation Black Vote, said in statement: "Our playful take on the infamous 'Bullingdon Club' seeks to illustrate that this most important referendum is not for the few and particularly not only for the privileged but for everyone. We want to urge BME communities to discuss and debate the big issues in this referendum such as equality, prosperity and immigration. But above we want all communities to vote. For many of us, and especially for our children, this is our birthright too."
