With 2.5 acres, $1 million in funds and approval from everyone including the mayor, the city council and art commission, a small community of skating enthusiasts in Philadelphia named Franklin's Paine have broke ground on a skate park all their own called Paine's Park.

Aided by agency Red Tettemer, which worked on the online/offline marketing efforts, the "From Love Comes Paine" campaign includes a website that features video footage of the Paine crew, some bumping hip-hop/electro tunes and a cross-promotion effort with Urban Outfitters. Read more here.
