To announce the launch of the Panasonic Lumix ZX-1 camera, which boasts 8x optical zoom, AKQA conceived the 8X Life campaign, for which it created gigantic versions of everyday objects like a pigeon, coffee cup and a traffic cone and placed them in various locations throughout London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol.

Gawkers are invited to take advantage of the photo opps, submit their photos with the gargantuan objects at a Facebook site, and win a chance for a trip to the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games.
