Philips Launches 'Unsnooze,' A Game Where You Win if You Wake Up

Everyone knows that repeatedly hitting the "snooze" button on your alarm clock is bad for you. Not only does it increase your chances of getting fired, it also wreaks havoc on your health and sleep habits. To promote Philips' Wake-Up Light, which wakes you up gradually using sound and light therapy, Deportivo gamified the snoozing concept. "Unsnooze" was a game that let complete strangers set their alarm clocks for the same time. The person to get out of bed first -- and not hit snooze -- won points and rose up on the "Unsnooze" chart.
