Wardrobe Emergency? Just Raid the Fashion Mini-Bar at Your Hotel

Happiness Brussels Creates Fun and Useful Campaign for Pimkie

Travelers who find themselves in a wardrobe emergency need not leave their hotel now that retailer Pimkie has opened up new "mini fashion bars" at the Banks Boutique Hotel in Antwerp, known as the fashion capital of Belgium.

At the hotel, the fashion retailer set up mini wardrobes containing accessories, shoes and outfits that patrons can buy directly, just as they would raid their minibars for booze and munchies. The new shopping concept offers a selection carefully curated by fashion bloggers, including a raincoat, comfie shoes and eveningwear for a fun night out. If the size in the wardrobe doesn't fit, guests simply dial the "fashion concierge" at the hotel, who will deliver the properly fitting item to their door.

The concept had great success in Belgium, so the retailer is looking to roll out the idea in other fashionable European cities, including Praris, Milan, Berlin and Barcelona.
