The Goodby, Silverstein & Partners creative team of Fred Raillard and Farid Mokart, better known as Fred & Farid, are back in the saddle for Pony with another round of what they like to call "anti-sports" ads. A while back they did a Pony "family," which included Mommy as a pregnant boxer, seen again in this PDF just 'cause we like it so much. That series was shot by Sacha Waldman; the new ads are shot by the uni-named Sandro (www.sandrofilm.com), and this KO-crazy boxing farce, much like the pregnant boxer, looks like it could be largely an in-camera job. But we can only speculate. When asked how much digital post is involved in his Pony work, Sandro pulls a Houdini out of his hat: "Does a great magician tell how he does his trick?"
