Blammo Toronto was on the scene to capture this scary altercation between two drivers--but the point it's trying to make is a totally unexpected one, for Project Winter Survival. The spot was directed by Hubert Davis of Untitled Films.
The redirect for a good cause is a strategy we've seen before, notably on this PSA for Transport for London from few years back, out of WCRS.
