Hip scandal mag Radar is planning its second newsstand comeback, scheduled for next year. New York agency Walrus is assisting the revival with a "Hard to kill"-headlined local wildposting, featuring a cockroach reading the magazine (see the PDF), and a "50 Years of Radar" online editorial piece, a collection of inspired faux cover ideas from imaginary issues past.
