Getting people to wash their hands is a challenge -- and it's an even more important challenge to undertake once you realize that thousands of people die every day in underdeveloped regions of diseases that could be prevented with regular handwashing. In South Africa, Y&R worked with the disadvantaged community of Blikkiesdorp in the Western Cape to promote hand washing by embedding toys inside bars of soap, creating "Hope Soap."
