Cheil U.K. is helping Samsung show off how connected its Galaxy NX camera is with the "NX Rover," a Mars Rover-inspired camera bot that is controlled by users online. The bot is equipped with the camera.

The rover has dreams of doing some intense travel, with a planned international trip that's going to go to the London Super Comic Convention, Iceland and an FC Bayern Munich training session.

Samsung is giving photographers the chance to "take control" of the bot and shoot photos online via their PC. An interface lets users control the arm of the Rover, tilt, pan and pivot the device, foxus and zoom.

It's a cool new way to demonstrate how well the device works, and get some great photos out of it as well. The best pictures will be shared on a dedicated microsite. See more photos here.
