Yugo Nakamura, Tha Ltd. and Hiromura Design Office bring a a playful design sensibility to Hikari no Tokei, "Clock of Light" in English, a monument outside the Ikebukuro flagship store of Japanese department store Seibu. Motion typography of the time dances across four LED surfaces in different proportions, with a synchronized light and music show announcing each new hour.
