In yesterday's Cannes International Advertising Festival news, the Outdoor Grand Prix went to this Lego-friendly Ogilvy & Mather/Chile poster for Silfa, a Chilean distritutor of toys and child care products. TBWA/Paris took the Press Grand Prix with an inventive anti-piracy campaign for EMI (see the PDF), which also won an Outdoor Gold Lion. In a very sparse Stateside trophy showing, the sole U.S. Gold in either of these categories belongs to Fallon/New York for its "Pendulum" ad for Time magazine, the Outdoor Grand Prix runner-up, which is also currently in the AdCritic Print&Design Sweet Meter Top 10. The sole U.S. Outdoor Silver winner is Saatchi & Saatchi/N.Y.'s Air Tahiti Nui campaign, another Sweet Meter Top 10 choice. Outdoor Bronze went to Leo Burnett's
