Team Skittles member EVB recently launched a year-long initiative recruiting fans to "Mob the Rainbow," the latest component in the brand's digital makeover. The first effort debuted in a Facebook message to the candy fans, asking them to shower an unsuspecting meter maid with love. More than 40 thousand fans submitted Valentine messages, which were then printed out and hand-delivered to Ms. Parking Enforcement by a Skittles cupid.
