With the NFL season back in all its gridiron glory, Sprint is cashing on all the hoopla by enlisting the services of arguably the sports' biggest ad star. Fans who were glued to the TV set on Thursday's opening night saw not only Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning lead his team to victory, but a series of hallucinatory spots with him promoting Sprint's product line utilizing the concept of what's running through his mind right before the ball is snapped.

Coined "Manning's Mind" appropriately enough, the Goodby-created campaign, which features spots with dwarf Mannings, a berserk Jason Taylor of the Miami Dolphins and swimming teammate Marvin Harrison, are complemented by a website that pits you against the Colts QB in an NFL trivia game. Visitors can pick the level of difficulty of the questions and then gain yards, go long or kick a field goal by answering correctly or bear a tackle and the brunt of Manning's mildly insulting quips. Decked out in dashing duds, Manning is sitting across as the two of you tangle within a virtual, miniaturized football field, where you then have to hit a buzzer within seconds and pick from multiple choice answers.

Along with the game itself, the site comes equipped with an amusing rulebook for the trivia battle as well as an "issue a challenge" option that lets your friends leave the bench and join in on the action.
