J.J. Abrams may have been a controversial choice to helm the latest episode of Star Wars, but the director's campaign to raise money for UNICEF gets a universal thumbs up. Star Wars: Force For Change asks fans to donate money to UNICEF Innovation Labs in exchange for the chance to appear in the latest installment of the beloved franchise, plus some cool guaranteed gifts in exchange for larger donations. Disney and Lucasfilm, which produced Force For Change in collaboration with Abrams' Bad Robot Productions, launched the campaign in May, and with just a few days to go, they took things up a notch by revealing the X-Wing fighter as they make one last call for entries.

UNICEF Innovation Labs is a division of the organization that conceives innovative projects to help children in need.
