Norwegian juice brand Sunniva recently launched the "Sunshine Inside" campaign, which went beyond shilling juice to become a community-based, good works effort to find people who are truly joyful. Along with McCann Oslo, the brand began to search for Norway's most joyful bus driver, through television spots and online efforts.

The man they found -- Congo-born Hamisi -- indeed was the happiest man in Norway, but there was a catch: he didn't even have a bus driver's license. Thus began The Hamisi Project, an effort by Sunniva to get Hamisi his license, and fulfill his dream. Above is the first episode for what ended up being a three-part documentary.
