If you haven't yet heard of Clash of the Clans, it's Helsiniki-based game company Supercell's popular combat strategy mobile game that recently was named one of Apple's highest-grossing apps of 2013. On New Year's, the title made its advertising debut with this epic animated spot created out of Barton F. Graf 9000. According to agency founder/CCO Gerry Graf, the spot debuted on mobile and racked up six million views within three days. To create the ad, the agency tapped Psyop and director Fletcher Moules and teamed up with Supercell game designers in Helsinki to make sure the hardcore players wouldn't make a stink about any character and village-related incontinuities.
