Parkinson's Patients Write Their Own Ads

Print campaign simply conveys effects of the disease

Editor's Pick

To promote awareness of World Parkinson's Day on April 11, The Israel Parkinson Association, via agency Draftfcb+ Shimoni Finkelstein Barki, invited 18 different Parkinson's patients to write ads in their own handwriting. Each patient wrote the message "Today is World Parkinson's Day" and signed their name under the headline. Their shaky writing expressed the degenerative effects of the disease and its effect on the lives of 20,000 patients in Israel.
